The site of the former Postbus workshops in Vienna’s 3rd municipal district has developed into an exciting urban development area in recent years. Thus, 10 building plots for modern and sustainable residential construction were created on the approximately 32,000 m large site. In addition, an approx. 7,000 m large park area was created. enna is located directly adjacent. enna was designed by the Graz-based architecture firm Hohensinn.

During the planning, particular attention was paid to the careful handling of the existing building stock. This significantly reduces CO2 consumption compared to demolition and new construction. Large parts of the existing building structure are being retained and given a new life cycle.

The centerpiece of the Work-Life Building is the combination of modern office spaces with attractive outdoor areas and collaboration spaces on the ground floor. In the future, the main access to the building will be via the adjacent Leonie-Rysanek-Park, with a representative entrance area. A tenant lounge invites relaxed networking and exchange. In addition, the included fitness center, the fun zone, a tenant lounge, an auditorium, showrooms and the adjacent Leonie-Rysanek-Park offer opportunities to escape everyday working life and clear your head.
