Greenworx, Austria's first LEED Platinum-certified office building, is playing a pioneering role in the Prater/Wiener Messe urban development area and fully lives up to its name.

The property comprises a total floor area of around 19,000 m², which is divided into 4 standalone buildings (Units 1-4) ranging in size from approximately 2,750 m² to 5,500 m² and a fully renovated existing wing (Unit 5).
