Office space with good connectivity along the Danube Canal

The LeopoldQuartier impresses with its unique location with lots of greenery on the Danube Canal in the immediate vicinity of Vienna's city center. The approximately 23,000 m² large quarter comprises four construction sites that offer a mix of office space, commercial space, city apartments and apartments.

Great importance is also placed on far-reaching climate protection measures during the construction of the quarter – after all, rising warming can be countered with special urban planning measures. For this purpose, the City of Vienna, together with other major European cities, has launched the “Urban Heat Islands” project, which of course are also a topic in the LeopoldQuartier.

As the latest studies show, there will be no climate turnaround without intelligent buildings. If building services systems are adjusted to the actual use of the offices, up to 30 percent energy can be saved. The LeopoldQuartier maintains its own energy efficiency in real time.
