Fabrik1230 – The new Grätzl center. From the old, something new is arising.

In the heart of Atzgersdorf, one of Vienna's fastest-growing residential districts, an old factory is being transformed into a vibrant Grätzl center. On the site of the former shutter production in Atzgersdorf, with the „Fabrik1230“ on around 10.000 m2 of usable floor space, a thoughtful mix of a modern office building, a health center with examination rooms and a pharmacy, as well as gastronomy, commercial and cultural offerings, is being created. Surrounded by over 4,000 newly created apartments as well as the beautiful recreational area along the Liesingbach, Fabrik1230 lies directly next to the new Atzgersdorf education campus which serves over 1,200 children with kindergarten, all-day primary and all-day middle school.
