In the heart of Atzgersdorf, one of Vienna's fastest-growing residential districts, an old factory is turning into a vibrant Grätzlzentrum. On the site of the former coffin production in Atzgersdorf, with around 10.000 m2 of usable space, a thoughtful mix of a modern office building, a health center with medical practice spaces and a pharmacy, as well as gastronomy, commercial and cultural offerings, is created under the name “Fabrik1230.” Surrounded by over 4000 newly created apartments and the beautiful recreation area along the Liesingbach, Fabrik1230 lies directly next to the new Atzgersdorf Education Campus which serves more than 1.200 children with kindergarten, all-day primary and all-day secondary school.
