Office space in new build with terraces and underground parking

In the dynamic south of Vienna, on Modecenterstraße, MC15 is a forward-looking office building that combines sustainability, design and functionality at the highest level. MC15 impresses with visionary technical solutions that go far beyond the standard. The toilets are supplied via their own well system; efficient heat pumps fed by deep boreholes provide heating and cooling. A generous photovoltaic system on the roof produces clean energy that can be used jointly by all tenants. This concept is complemented by a modern air-conditioning and ventilation system that ensures the highest level of comfort – entirely in the spirit of sustainable, resource-conserving operation.

The building extends over six above-ground floors and two basement levels and offers flexibly designed office spaces that allow room for a wide variety of usage concepts. Generous terraces on several levels create a pleasant connection between the working environment and open space – places of relaxation, communication or inspiration. The architecture with greened façade elements underlines the building’s claim to combine work quality with environmental awareness.

In the building’s own underground car park, sufficient car parking spaces are available, many of them already equipped with e-charging facilities. Gastronomic facilities are currently being planned and will contribute to further enhancing the location in the future. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2026 – individual furnishing requests can still be taken into account.
