MC 15 - Ihr neuer Bürostandort

In the dynamic south of Vienna, on Modecenterstraße, MC15 is developing a forward-looking office building that unites sustainability, design and functionality at the highest level.

In close proximity to the U3 subway line and well connected to the city and regional transport networks, this project offers a unique combination of urban location, modern architecture and innovative technology.

MC15 convinces with visionary technical solutions that go far beyond the standard. The toilets are supplied by a dedicated borehole system, for heating and cooling efficient heat pumps, powered by boreholes. A generous photovoltaic system on the roof produces clean energy that can be used jointly by all tenants. This concept is complemented by a modern climate and ventilation system that ensures the highest comfort – all in the spirit of sustainable, resource-saving operation.

The building extends over six above-ground floors and two basement levels and offers flexibly designable office spaces that allow room for a wide range of usage concepts. Generous terraces on several levels create a pleasant connection between work life and open space – places for rest, communication or inspiration. The architecture with greened façade elements underlines the building's commitment to combining work quality with environmental awareness.

In the in-house underground garage there are plenty of car parking spaces available, many of which are already equipped with electric charging capability. Gastronomic facilities are currently in planning and will contribute to further enhancing the site’s attractiveness in the future. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2025 – individual equipment wishes can still be accommodated.
