Right in the dynamic south of Vienna, on Modecenterstraße, MC15 is creating a forward-looking office building that unites sustainability, design and functionality at the highest level. In immediate proximity to the U3 metro line and well connected to the city and supra-regional transport network, this project offers a unique combination of urban location, modern architecture and innovative technology.

MC15 impresses with visionary technical solutions that go far beyond the standard. The toilets are fed by their own well system, for heating and cooling efficient heat pumps powered by deep boreholes. A generous photovoltaic system on the roof produces clean energy that can be used jointly by all tenants. This concept is complemented by a modern climate and ventilation system that ensures the highest comfort – in the spirit of sustainable, resource-conscious operation.

The building extends over six above-ground floors and two basement levels and offers flexibly designable office spaces that allow room for a variety of use concepts. Generous terraces on several levels create a pleasant connection between the working world and open space – places for recreation, communication or inspiration. The architecture with greened facade elements underscores the building's aim to combine work quality with environmental awareness.

In the on-site underground garage there are plenty of car parking spaces available, many of them already equipped with E-charging facilities. Gastronomic facilities are currently in planning and will contribute to further attractiveness of the site in the future. Completion is planned for the end of 2025 – individual equipment wishes can still be considered.
