• 2 minutes on foot to tram lines 40, 41, 42 and to the U6 Volksoper
• 7 minutes by tram to Schottentor
• 3 minutes on foot to Spar, Öfferl, Josef, Felber, Juice Facory, Kutschkermarkt. Sushi and TexMex directly in the building or vis a vis.

Refugium – Stylish retreat in elegant dark gray and especially stylish, 1 desk, a 2-seater sofa with table, armchair and ottoman

Oase – Massage room with a "Mercedes" for massage tables and its own bathroom.
