Striking new building at CAMPUS V

With the completion of the third building, around 4,200 m² of additional office space was created at CAMPUS V in Dornbirn at the end of 2025. Designed by the ZAFFIGNANI MALIN LÓPEZ consortium, the building is home to companies in the fields of innovation, digitalization, creativity and business services. The new building is therefore an ideal fit for the site's thematic focus: business, knowledge and creativity.

The façade consists of colored precast concrete elements. The structure and design of the compact, square building create a timeless architectural language. The small office will be completed turnkey for the initial fit-out.

A two-level underground car park with around 129 additional parking spaces provides the basis for an outdoor area with significantly reduced car traffic in the future. The site therefore offers more than 250 underground parking spaces for tenants, customers and visitors.

CAMPUS V - Hintere Achmühlerstraße

CAMPUS V is Vorarlberg's first location for business, knowledge and creativity. More than 70 companies and institutions are already based on the site. CAMPUS V has thus established itself as a business location that provides impetus in Vorarlberg.
