The new Vorarlberg Business Park consists of the 5-storey, south-facing section of the former PERMA clothing factory, with a usable area of approx. 4,100 m² (VWP I), and the building section in the access area to Wiedengasse, with a usable area of approx. 1,100 m² (VWP II). High-quality office and service spaces were created in both sections by the end of 2014. A central infrastructure facility is the inter-company childcare center of the market town of Götzis, the Spielschlössle.

The further development and planning of the site focused on preserving the charm and character of the historically significant building fabric and leaving its exterior appearance largely unchanged. The open spaces created by the partial demolition were complemented by development consisting predominantly of residential use.
