The new Vorarlberg Business Park consists of the 5-storey, south-facing building section of the former PERMA clothing factory, with a usable area of approx. 4,100 m² (VWP I), and the building section in the access area to Wiedengasse, with a usable area of approx. 1,100 m² (VWP II). High-quality office and service spaces were created in both building sections by the end of 2014. A central facility is the inter-company childcare service of the market municipality of Götzis, the Spielschlössle.

The further development and planning of the site focused on preserving the charm and character of the historic building fabric and leaving its external appearance largely unchanged. The open spaces created by the partial demolition were supplemented with development consisting predominantly of residential use.
