Kreuzbergl Residenzen 4 room Garden Apartment A Project by MADILE

Quartier St. Martin

Klagenfurt at its most beautiful

Four residential projects and a new definition of living: With the "Quartier St. Martin", an ensemble of exceptional living space is being created at Klagenfurt's Kreuzbergl. The Villa Eva, the Kreuzbergl Residences, the Villas St. Martin and Aura make the district an exclusive address for modern living.

Different in architecture and expression, connected by the same idea: living spaces that combine quality and a sense of life. And that in the middle of a residential environment that connects city and nature in a rare way. From development to handover, everything is created from a single source. With sustainable materials, well-thought-out concepts and a special sense for what people need at home – and that goes far beyond the usual.

You will see it. You will feel it. And then you will know. Certainly.
