This well-maintained 2-room apartment, measuring approx. 48 m², is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building on the Gerlitzen at approx. 1,500 m above sea level. This is the right place for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers: you can relax and enjoy the view and sunshine or make use of the numerous sporting opportunities.

The fully furnished apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen and built-in cupboards and is therefore ready for immediate occupancy. The apartment includes a 5.50 m² loggia. Owner occupancy, owner-managed letting or “assisted letting” is possible.

The apartment complex can be reached directly by car (toll road) or by the Kanzelbahn cable car (a short walk). Due to winter maintenance, access via the road is guaranteed all year round.

In winter, you can reach the ski slope directly from the apartment complex on skis via a prepared path (52 kilometres of slopes in a snow-reliable and family-friendly ski area). Alternatively, you can of course also go ski touring or hike with snowshoes. A ski and snowboard school with rental service and an included sports shop is located directly at the Kanzelbahn.

In summer, the mountain invites you to hike and go for walks (easy-to-hike, surfaced hiking and themed trails, some of which are accessible for prams), go Nordic walking (trails with varying levels of difficulty), paragliding (special thermal conditions, beautiful panorama), model flying and mountain biking. The many access routes provide mountain bikers with varying levels of difficulty.
