The lease-to-own model offers you the possibility to purchase your desired apartment after 5 years at the current purchase price (no valorizations). You sign a five-year fixed-term lease and decide at the end of the lease whether you want to buy the apartment or not. An extension of the lease is not possible. At the start of the lease, in addition to the deposit, a down payment of 10% of the purchase price is paid. If you decide to buy, the down payment is deducted from the purchase price.
