As part of the new-build residential project "Am Ufer - Lanzenkirchen", four modern residential buildings with a total of 80 privately financed condominiums are being built adjacent to the statutory city of Wr. Neustadt. The façades of the buildings are designed in a modern style and give the entire complex a special flair.

Load-bearing exterior walls will be built in brick construction wherever structurally possible. The flat roofs will be largely greened. A photovoltaic system on the roof will contribute to sustainability by supplying part of the electricity required for the communal areas. Spacious and bright communal stairwells create a welcoming atmosphere from the outset. The stairwells share a common basement, which you can reach comfortably and dry from your apartment by lift. This is where spacious storage compartments with power sockets and 161 underground parking spaces are located. All apartments have access to the lake, with a roughly 700 m² sunbathing lawn where you can relax during the hot summer months. The whole concept is rounded off with private outdoor showers and changing rooms. All apartments have either a spacious (roof) terrace, loggia, balcony or private garden incl. garden shed.

One parking space in the building's underground garage must be purchased for each residential unit, category A EUR 20,000.00, category B barrier-free EUR 30,000.00. Additional underground parking spaces can be purchased subject to availability.

EV charging stations can be installed as a special request or – thanks to empty conduits for EV charging – retrofitted later, subject to availability.

• All residential units are also equipped with empty conduits for air-conditioning. Air-conditioning systems can also be installed during the construction phase as a special request.
