Only 15 minutes from Wr. Neustadt and Neunkirchen, in a magnificent location with distant views, these 4 semi-detached houses have been planned.

On 7 additional plots there is also the possibility to erect a detached single-family house (see development proposal/animation in the photo section).

In a quiet, naturnah location in Gaden (municipality of Hohe Wand) a high-quality new build project is being created in modern brick-massive construction. The location offers proximity to Neunkirchen and Wiener Neustadt, as well as a rail connection in the nearby Winzendorf.

For selection on plots 9 and 10 there are two semi-detached houses each with 125m²(Top1) and 125m² (Top 2). The land share amounts to approx. 401m² on plot 9, and approx. 435m² on plot 10.

The project (semi-detached houses) is approved for construction and the construction start has already taken place.

Project status 18.06.2026: erection of the upper floor ceiling.

Viewing appointments on site from 15 Juli (completion of shell with interior walls).

Delivery in shell-ready condition is planned for the end of November 2026.

The energy certificate data come from a reference energy certificate. Because of the amount of data, the respective energy certificate will be transmitted separately.

The deviations between the individual units are only minor.

All detached single-family houses are sold as Alleineigentum.

The depiction of multiple forms of ownership within a project is not currently possible due to programming reasons.
