Welcome to the Wohnfühlzone – Good Muth.

The 72 privately financed owner-occupied apartments are located in the five upper floors of the 9-story residential tower. The project focuses on thoughtful planning and a comprehensive range of services. Every detail of the furnishings, every service offered by the in-house concierge, makes everyday life easier – from parcel acceptance to dealing with authorities, from the foldable shower wall to the barrier-free loggia/winter garden door. Good Muth also stands for resource-conscious construction and innovative energy concepts that are not only environmentally friendly but also ensure long-term value retention.

Both in terms of views and furnishings, Good Muth can score points with its wide view: From the fifth to the ninth floor, you enjoy an unobstructed view over the city to the greenery.
