Wood as a central element

The two solitary building volumes are clearly structured and enclose a commonly used intermediate space. Sustainability is not only on our agenda but is also reflected in the construction method. The wooden facade gives the buildings a warm and inviting appearance.

The central community garden not only offers space for encounters and relaxation but also space for urban gardening: seasonal, regional and communicative. Gardening complements our concept of contemporary living and invites communal planting, care and harvesting. The natural areas and the harmoniously integrated gardens allow you to tangibly experience the seasons and cycles of nature. The color design is based on natural tones, while the wooden facade in the lower floors is supplemented by a metal facade on the inclined walls and roof slopes. Inside, white lacquered wood surfaces dominate, emphasizing the natural ambiance.
