With the residential project “Leben in der Kagraner Flur – Bauplatz B”, a forward-looking urban district is being created in 1220 Vienna – with subsidy-free condominiums, some with a rent-to-buy option, in the immediate vicinity of Kagraner Platz and the urban development area Am langen Felde. By summer 2027, ARWAG will construct a total of 97 subsidy-free apartments, some with a rent-to-buy option – distributed across three modern residential buildings, designed by the architectural firm Maurer und Partner ZT.

The apartments offer well-designed layouts for various lifestyles – from compact city apartments to spacious family apartments. Two commercial units on the ground floor complement the project and create a lively ground-floor zone with local amenities.

The project focuses on a combination of sustainable technology and individual living-space design:

• Heat supply with deep geothermal probes and photovoltaic system
• 67 parking spaces, e-mobility-ready (charging stations can be retrofitted)
• Digital Propster platform for special requests for individual fittings
