By summer 2027, ARWAG will construct a total of 97 subsidy-free apartments, some with a rent-to-own option – spread across three modern residential buildings, planned by the architecture firm Maurer und Partner ZT.

The apartments offer well-designed layouts for a range of lifestyles – from a compact city apartment to a spacious family apartment. Two commercial units on the ground floor complement the project and create a lively ground-floor zone with local amenities.
