By summer 2027, ARWAG will construct a total of 97 free-financed apartments, some with a rent-to-buy option – distributed across three modern residential buildings, designed by the architecture firm Maurer und Partner ZT.

The apartments offer well-designed layouts for various lifestyles – from a compact city apartment to a spacious family apartment. Two commercial units on the ground floor complement the project and create a lively ground-floor zone with local supply options.

The project relies on a combination of sustainable technology and individual living-space design:

• 67 parking spaces, e-mobility-ready (charging stations can be retrofitted)
