With the residential project “Leben in der Kagraner Flur – Bauplatz B”, a forward-looking urban district is being created in 1220 Vienna – with subsidy-free condominiums, some with a rent-to-buy option, in the immediate vicinity of Kagraner Platz and the urban development area Am langen Felde. By summer 2027, ARWAG will construct a total of 97 subsidy-freeapartments, some with a rent-to-buy option – distributed across three modern residential buildings, designed by the architectural firm Maurer und Partner ZT.

The apartments offer well-designed floor plans for a variety of lifestyles – from the compact city apartment to the spacious family apartment. Two commercial units on the ground floor complement the project and create a lively ground-floor zone with local shopping facilities.
