With the residential project “Leben in der Kagraner Flur – Bauplatz B”, a forward-looking urban quarter is being created in 1220 Vienna – with subsidy-free condominiums, some with a rent-to-own option, in the immediate vicinity of Kagraner Platz and the Am langen Felde urban development area. By summer 2027, ARWAG will build a total of 97 subsidy-free apartments, some with a rent-to-own option – distributed across three modern residential buildings, planned by the architecture firm Maurer und Partner ZT.

The apartments offer well-designed layouts for various lifestyles – from the compact city apartment to the spacious family apartment. Two commercial units on the ground floor complement the project and create a lively ground-floor zone with local amenities.

Energy-efficient, mobile & individual

The project focuses on a combination of sustainable technology and individual living-space design:

• 67 parking spaces, e-mobility-ready (charging stations can be retrofitted)
