By summer 2027, ARWAG will construct a total of 97 subsidy-free apartments, some with a rent-to-own option – distributed across three modern residential buildings, designed by the architectural firm Maurer und Partner ZT.

The apartments offer well-designed layouts for different lifestyles – from the compact city apartment to the spacious family apartment. Two commercial units on the ground floor complement the project and create a lively ground-floor area with local amenities.

The project relies on a combination of sustainable technology and individual residential design:
