Ground floor apartment with atrium and elevator

The new residential complex consists of three building blocks. Each has a staircase and an elevator. Both the basement and the ground floor extend largely below the natural ground level. In the basement there are technical and storage rooms.

The ground-floor apartments are each equipped toward the south with an atrium that lies below the natural ground level and is placed on the underground garage. The heating, cooling and hot water supply of the residential complex are provided sustainably using deep probes.

The residential complex extends over two fully developed upper floors as well as a stepped attic floor that goes into the depth. In all floors there will be walkable terraces of various sizes after completion. The underground garage will be housed in the common basement of the complex.
