New apartment with atrium and underground garage

The new residential complex consists of three building structures. Each has a staircase and an elevator. Both the basement and the ground floor extend largely below the natural terrain. Technical and storage rooms are located in the basement.

The ground-floor apartments will each be equipped with an atrium facing south, located below the natural terrain level and positioned above the underground garage. The heating, cooling and hot water supply of the residential complex will be provided sustainably with deep geothermal probes.

The residential complex extends over two full upper floors as well as a stepped attic floor that extends into the depth. After completion, there will be accessible terraces in various sizes on all floors. The underground garage will be accommodated in the shared basement of the complex.
