The project

In the characterful historic-style building in the heart of the 6th district, 56 serviced apartments offer a unique Vienna living experience for a time. Whether weekend getaway or workcation – from the workstation to the toothbrush, everything is included at The Ray. From the outside the ensemble is striking with its turn-of-the-century architecture; behind its elegant façade it combines stylish interiors, green hideaways and smart technologies. The Ray enables original, urban stays that correspond to the current living feeling of digital nomads, business travelers, or world explorers.

The late historic residential and commercial building will be renovated with regard to its historically significant past and expanded by two attic floors and two courtyard wings: In the old, new and attic construction, individual living units with attractive outdoor areas will be created. The exclusive old-building apartments in the stock will be modernized and equipped with inner-courtyard-facing outdoor spaces. The apartments in the courtyard wings and in the attic offer much room for new things: open, light-filled living spaces and generous gardens, loggias and terraces.
