The project

In the characteristic historic-style building in the heart of the 6th district, 56 serviced apartments offer a unique Viennese living experience for a time. Whether Weekend Getaway or Workation – from the workspace to the toothbrush, everything is included at Ray. From the outside, the ensemble is distinguished by its turn-of-the-century architecture; behind its elegant façade it combines stylish interiors, green hideaways and smart technologies. Ray enables original, urban stays that correspond to the current living feeling of digital nomads, business travelers or world explorers.

The late-historic residential and commercial building is being renovated taking into account its historically significant past and expanded by two attic floors and two courtyard tracts: In the old, new and attic construction, individual living units with attractive outdoor spaces are created. The exclusive old-building apartments in the existing stock are modernized and equipped with interior courtyard-facing outdoor spaces. The apartments in the courtyard tracts and in the attic offer plenty of space for new things: open, light-filled living spaces and generous gardens, loggias and terraces.
