How Fritz am See is created.

Massive exterior walls, ceilings and the roof structure made of reinforced concrete form the static structural framework of the houses and, due to their high storage mass, ensure a balanced and comfortable indoor climate all year round. The plastering of the mineral-insulated exterior walls plays an essential role in the design of the building volumes. In light earth tones and differentiated plaster structure, the base areas and window frames are finished in a ground smooth plaster. The remaining wall surfaces are executed in a finely structured topcoat plaster. Deep window parapets (approx. 60 cm) ensure good lighting and beautiful outdoor references. The striking steep roofs are covered with a standing seam metal roofing.
