Massive exterior walls, ceilings and the roof structure made of reinforced concrete form the static structural framework of the houses and, due to their high storage mass, ensure a balanced and comfortable indoor climate all year round. The plastering of the mineral-insulated exterior walls is of essential importance in the design of the building volumes. In light earth tones and differentiated plaster structure, the base areas and window frames are finished in a polished smooth plaster. The remaining wall surfaces are executed in a finely structured topcoat plaster. Deep-drawn window parapets (approx. 60 cm) ensure good lighting and beautiful outdoor references. The striking steep roofs are covered with a standing-seam metal cladding.
