Living on 24 m² – everything new in 2022

The mobile home was extensively renovated in 2022 and offers everything you need on 24 m²: a kitchen with stove, refrigerator and sink, a cozy living area with satellite connection, a toilet with washing area, and a sleeping area with a new bed. The floors were also renewed. The comfortable couch can be extended and serves as an additional sleeping option – ideal when family or friends come to visit. There are two terraces on the property, one covered; there is a large umbrella for the other one.

Technology & infrastructure

The mobile home is connected to the sewer network and the local water supply. The water is heated by two electric boilers in the kitchen and bathroom. During the transitional period, a small electric fan heater is entirely sufficient. Please note: The water is turned off from November to March – so nothing can freeze. During this time, the mobile home is ideal for short stays or as a temporary retreat. Interior blinds keep out the sun, and there are also exterior blinds at the front. Watering is done by Gardena, even when you are not there, as programmed.

Garden & extras – simply get started and feel at home

There is a garden shed with all the tools and a lawn mower in the garden. Deck chairs, a gas barbecue and even the bicycles remain here! A solar shower in the garden provides refreshment, and the public showers are only two minutes away anyway.
