The house was built around the year 1900 with thick stone walls and brick construction and partly in timber construction.

With great attention to detail, the owners have renovated and refurbished the interior of the house.

Floors are made of wood and laminate, in the wet rooms with tiles. New plastic windows double glazed.

Heating with central pellet stove, which can also be combined via the kitchen stove. New stainless steel chimney for the Windhager boiler approx. from the year 2018. Hot water boiler approx. 200 l.

A small part of the roof is thermally insulated, the rest is not.

In the old barn, which is accessible from the north, storage areas for trailers, storage space, workbench etc. have been created.

Infrastructure and the village Kolbnitz

The village Kolbnitz is located at approx. 600 m altitude and is surrounded to the north by the Reißeck group and to the south by the Kreuzeck group. The Mölltal offers many starting points for activities (hiking, cycling, swimming...) and enables a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Shopping facilities (Spar) as well as kindergarten and elementary school Reißeck are located in the immediate vicinity. A perfect place for the whole family!

Approx. 15 min. to the Tauern motorway and to the district town of Spittal with all infrastructure.
