Accessible via a public road, followed by a forest track and field track to the hut. (Four-wheel-drive vehicle required).

The hut was built approx. 40 years ago using solid construction (concrete wall and wood), has no electricity supply and a "pit toilet" in front of the hut. The drinking water supply is currently being newly developed.

Layout of the hut: small terrace in the entrance area, large, open-plan living and dining kitchen with rustic seating area and relaxation couch. A washbasin and a shower are also located in the adjoining room of the kitchen. Heating with a brick-built wood-burning stove.

The upper floor can be reached via an external wooden staircase. 2 bedrooms with approx. 8 beds possible.

Furthermore, an agricultural outbuilding is located right next to the hut, which requires partial renovation.

You will find all infrastructure in the artists’ town of Gmünd, the centre of the Lieser and Malta valleys.
