This exclusive round-log house is currently built in Ukraine, where it will be carefully dismantled and then transported to Austria and reassembled on site. Upon request, we also offer a turnkey version.

The house is offered without a building plot and foundation slab. Delivery and assembly are included in the price. Upon request, a foundation slab can also be offered and individually integrated in order to meet your specific requirements. This gives you maximum flexibility in implementing your building project.

The log house impresses with its solid construction featuring horizontally laid logs with a diameter of 280 mm. This construction guarantees high durability as well as excellent protection against moisture, rot and pests. The natural insulating properties of the wood ensure a pleasant indoor climate: warm and cosy in winter, cool and airy in summer – the wood also provides effective sound insulation.
