At the end of a dead-end street, discreetly and elegantly situated amid the wonderful nature of Unterkirchbach, a design highlight opens up that interprets summer in the Vienna Woods in a new and contemporary way: light, informal and perfectly harmonious. All rooms offer dreamlike views over the garden, the pool and the meadows and forests of the surrounding area. From sunrise to sunset, this truly special retreat can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner!

The house and the garden landscape were newly developed and expanded between 2018-2020 with great care and sensitivity. The highlight is the light-flooded, flexibly divided living and dining area (approx. 62m²), extended by the huge pool terrace. With the large glass doors and the beautiful views, indoors and outdoors merge into a perfect whole!

The pool blends harmoniously into the overall design, is illuminated and, at 11 meters in length, is genuinely suitable for swimming. The garden is arranged across three large terraces, perfect for sports, playing or simply relaxing with a book in the shade of an old tree.

Regardless of the season, in this wonderful house you will always find the time, opportunity and right place to relax, enjoy yourself and simply be yourself! It is the ideal complement to an apartment in the city and, with its consistent and clear design, can be easily and comfortably managed with little effort.

The immediate surroundings offer perfect harmony of forests and meadows, with countless hiking and walking trails and high-quality gastronomy.
