A large part of the plot is currently leased to a neighbor for wine cultivation, allowing you to enjoy the expansive open space without having to worry about its maintenance.

The house itself was designed with great attention to detail and consists of a spacious living area with a kitchen area as well as a separate bathroom. An external staircase leads you to the upper floor, where there is a cozy bedroom – due to its ceiling height, however, this area does not count toward the official living space.
