For several years now, our solid-wood semi-detached and terraced houses have been showing alternatives to the classic single-family home. Our houses offer everything buyers expect from a fully fledged house. Just in a slightly different form. With the terraced-house project at Guldenäcker in Feldkirch-Gisingen, we are introducing a new size – 107 m2 of living space – and have also made a few ingenious adaptations.

At Guldenäckerweg, we are establishing a new, very compact solid-wood terraced-house type with a flat roof (including a PV system and green roof). From the carports – two per terraced house – you can go directly to the houses with dry feet at all times, summer and winter, thanks to the roofing. The ground floor provides space for living together – the cooking, dining and living areas are located here. From here, you can go directly to the loggia-style terrace and the garden. And: For all those who need a home office, this is provided for on the ground floor if required. The first floor has space for three bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC.

At Guldenäcker, living meets agriculture and nature. One of the directly adjacent plots is agricultural-use land. To create a connection between the house and nature, we chose flat roofs that will subsequently be greened. Nature and house come together, and this is surely a wonderful way to live.
