A special ensemble is being created at 11 Marktplatz in St. Florian: The historic Fronfeste is being revitalized in accordance with heritage preservation requirements and supplemented by a new central wing. Age-appropriate housing, a fitness studio, and spaces for therapy, medical practices, and health-related professions form a coordinated concept – with short distances and an address with character.

G1 (116.14 m²) in the front wing, as well as G3 (49.01 m²) and G4 (65.90 m²) in the central wing, are available for your offering. The room design can be adapted for practice, treatment, or consultation.

Construction implementation is planned from the beginning of 2027. G1 could already be usable in February/March 2027, while G3 and G4 are expected to be available at the beginning of 2028. A temporary start in G1 followed by a later move is conceivable by agreement.
