In the new BREVUE building ensemble on Arlbergstraße in Bregenz, individually configurable office spaces between 95 and 450 m² are available. Based on plans by Baumschlager Hutter Partners ZT GmbH, an attractive ensemble of two structures is being created, located directly on a hillside edge on a plateau – with views of Lake Constance, the Rhine Valley or the surrounding mountain landscape.

With room heights of up to 3.00 m, the space enables a tailored design, from open work areas to functional room structures with meeting zones or retreat areas. As BREVUE is still in the planning phase, your individual requirements regarding floor plans and fittings can already be incorporated now.

At the beginning of November, purfitness will open a new flagship club of around 1,750 m² in the neighboring building – an additional source of footfall directly at the location, even before BREVUE itself is implemented.
