• Declaration as a building plot & development costs: Every buyer undertakes to have the plot officially declared a building plot within two months after registration in the land register has been completed. The development costs prescribed by notice of the Marktgemeinde Niederhollabrunn must be paid on time.
• Primary residence & contractual penalty: Pursuant to Point VIII. of the purchase agreement, the primary residence must be maintained continuously for at least 5 years after completion of the house. If this period is not met, an indexed contractual penalty of € 26,30 per m² shall apply. In demonstrable cases of hardship, the Marktgemeinde Niederhollabrunn may refrain from asserting this penalty on a case-by-case basis.
