The construction project must be completed within a further 2 years. In the event of non-compliance, the plot must be transferred back to the Marktgemeinde Niederhollabrunn (or a third party designated by it) at the original purchase price, without indexation or interest. The buyer bears all costs of the reversal.
• Declaration as a building plot & development costs: Every buyer undertakes to have the plot officially declared a building plot within two months after registration in the land register has been completed. The development costs prescribed by notice of the Marktgemeinde Niederhollabrunn must be paid by the deadline.
• Main residence & contractual penalty: Pursuant to Section VIII. of the purchase agreement, after completion of the house, the main residence must be maintained continuously for at least 5 years. If this period is not met, an indexed contractual penalty of € 26,30 per m² will be charged. In demonstrable cases of hardship, the Marktgemeinde Niederhollabrunn may refrain from enforcing this penalty on a case-by-case basis.
