• Declaration as a building plot & development costs: Every buyer undertakes to have the plot officially declared a building plot within two months of the registration in the land register. The development costs prescribed by notice of the market municipality of Niederhollabrunn must be paid on time.
• Principal residence & contractual penalty: Pursuant to Point VIII. of the purchase agreement, after completion of the house, the principal residence must be maintained continuously for at least 5 years. If this period is not met, an indexed contractual penalty of € 26,30 per m² will be charged. In demonstrable cases of hardship, the market municipality of Niederhollabrunn may refrain from asserting this penalty on a case-by-case basis.
