Where Plans Become a Home

In the idyllic village of Neuratting in the municipality of Wippenham, a plot of land awaits that offers space for your own residential ideas – and perhaps will soon be the place where your new home is built.

A total of nine building plots were created from a spacious property. Five of them have already found new owners, while four plots are currently still for sale.

As part of the development, a new public road will be built between the plots located to the south and north. Infrastructure lines for sewage, fiber optic, and drainage will also be installed in this area.

The water supply can be provided via a private well. An electricity line that currently runs partly across the plots will still be rerouted accordingly.

Another advantage: Part of the development costs for this plot has already been paid.

Furthermore, there is no building-land security agreement.

A plot of land for people who do not simply want to build, but are looking for a place where they can realize their very personal ideas about living.
