Vacant Zinhaus near Vienna Business School

For sale (share-deal) is a development site near the station and the Floridsdorf Clinic and the Vienna Business School. An existing plan shows an attainable floor area of 1137 m2. However, this is based on demolition - new construction. Possibly a renovation of the existing building + addition should also be examined. The existing building comprises ca. 540 m2 (information not guaranteed). The strategy in this case would possibly include an addition of balconies, in any case an optimization of the floor plans (consolidation of the units) with subsequent condominiumization and sale of the existing apartments. Afterwards the attic could be expanded and sold.
