Important:

Funds from the Lower Austrian Housing Subsidy Scheme were used for this construction project. The provisions of the Lower Austrian Housing Subsidy Act and the Non-Profit Housing Act, together with the implementing regulations and guidelines issued under these laws, apply to the legal relationship concerning the residential complex in question. This residential complex was financed with subsidized loans, mortgage loans and the applicants’ own funds (financing contributions). In order to prepare your usage agreement, verification of eligibility for subsidies based on the annual household income (net) of the previous calendar year is required. (see attachment)

At the time of renting, the residents must not yet have reached the age of 35. In the case of married couples or domestic partnerships, at least one of the partners must meet this requirement.
