Young Living - Creating space

“Young Living” focuses on the special housing needs of young people. Such as modern and intelligent floor plans, affordability, flexibility.

This east-facing apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern multi-generational residential building and offers a well-designed and contemporary floor plan on approximately 59,76 m². The spacious living-kitchen area forms the center of the apartment and provides direct access to the beautiful balcony of approximately 7,13 m², which invites you to linger comfortably. In addition to the living area, there is a separate bedroom,an entrance hall, a bathroom, a separate WC and a practical storage room.

A parking space (covered) must be rented additionally with the apartment. The current costs amount to a current monthly rent of €48,89 and a construction cost contribution (deposit) of € 210,50 must be deposited.

Criteria for “Young Living”

• The apartment size is a maximum of 60 m²
• Combining 2 apartments is not possible
• The allocation may only be made as a rental
• The financing contribution may not exceed EUR 4.000,--
• The property must be built on a building-rights land
• At the time of renting, the residents must not yet have reached the age of 35. In the case of married couples or civil partnerships, at least one of the partners must meet the requirement.

Funding criteria

Subsidized apartments may only be allocated to eligible persons.

Criteria

• Austrian citizens or persons treated as equivalent
• who have an urgent housing need (proof of giving up the previous main residence within 6 months after moving into the subsidized apartment)
• and do not exceed the following upper limits of family income:

• Number of persons Annual income
  • 1 person 55.000,00 euros
  • 2 persons 80.000,00 euros
  • Each additional person 10.000,00 euros

Housing subsidy

There is the possibility of an additional subsidy in the form of non-repayable variable subsidies. The amount of the housing subsidy depends on the amount of the annual family income and the size of the family. The application for housing subsidy must be submitted again each year.
