The apartment is directly integrated into the existing farmhouse and offers a quiet, rural living atmosphere. The agricultural operation includes, among other things, bulls. Therefore, occasional slight noise from the animals or ongoing farm operations may occur. The apartment itself is not particularly susceptible to noise, but it cannot be ruled out that the animals may be audible at times.
