Between the city of Mozart and Lake Fuschl, BWSG is constructing a rental housing development in the beautiful town of Hof bei Salzburg at Sportplatzstraße 7, at the request of the municipality and funded through the Salzburg housing subsidy, with a focus on “Young Living”. The BWSG property is located on the outskirts of the town centre. On approximately 1,500m2 of land, 17 residential units are being built, 11 of which will be smaller starter apartments of approximately 45 m2 for young local residents. The remaining apartments are to be affordable two- to four-room apartments of up to 90 m2. The ground-floor apartments all have private outdoor gardens, while the upper floors have spacious terraces.
Construction began in October 2022 – the apartment handovers are planned for April 2024. Instruction regarding the allocation of the apartments will take place in cooperation between the municipality of Hof and BWSG.
