The “Smaragdgletscher” residential project in Bramberg am Wildkogel is developing a modern residential complex that creates a harmonious living atmosphere and combines living close to nature with contemporary residential comfort. The available 2-room apartment with balcony offers a well-planned layout and a pleasant living environment – ideal for singles or couples who want to combine living close to nature with good access to everyday necessities. A PKW parking space is permanently assigned to the respective apartment. A separate rental agreement will be concluded for the parking space.

Due to the planned completion and the construction project currently underway, viewings are not possible at present. The apartments are allocated exclusively on the basis of the planning documents.

This apartment is a subsidized rental apartment. The required documents must first be submitted to us in full. After checking that they are complete, we will forward them to the responsible authority.

The Municipality of Bramberg decides which interested parties will be considered for the allocation of the apartment. The final subsidy approval, and thus the prerequisite for concluding the rental agreement, is granted by Wohnbauförderung Salzburg after the submitted documents have been reviewed.
